SALSA Health Pilot in Austria

The SALSAHealth Pilot in Austria is entering its hot phase. The aim of the field test is to find out to what extent SALSAHealth promotes health at the computer workplace. Especially in the home office, the risk of problems due to poor workplace equipment is high. Suitable exercises are put together by a physiotherapist and invite the participants to take active screen breaks. In addition to the SALSAHealth@home solution, a SALSAHealth training station is installed at the workplace.
